Kayumov Asadulla Urolovich was born in 1984 in Surkhandarya region.

He graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in 2007. And in 2013 he graduated from Waseda University (Japan) with a master’s degree.

He began his career in 2007 as a leading specialist in the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Demonopolization, support of the competition and entrepreneurship. He was promoted from the position of chief specialist to the head of the department, worked until 2010.

From 2010 to 2011 he held the position of Head of the Department of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Demonopolization and competition development.

In 2013 graduated from Waseda University (Japan) as Master of Business Administration.

From 2013 to 2017 he held the position of head of department, head of division of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Privatization, demonopolization and development of competition.

From 2017 to 2019 – Head of department, Head of the Main Department of Economic analysis and production forecasting of the Association “Uzbekipaksanoat”,

In 2019 – Chief Inspector of the Department for Coordination of Work with International Ratings and implementation of the “Electronic Government” system of the Adviser on Legal support of reforms and coordination of law enforcement Activities of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From 2019 to 2022 he worked as Chief Inspector of the Department of System Analysis and Development of New Initiatives in the field of economic development of the Department of Legal Expertise and Complex Analysis of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2022-2023 First Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

According to the Resolution of the President of Uzbekistan dated January 31, 2023 No RP-38, Kayumov Asadulla Urolovich was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Karabaev Farrukh Esanalievich was born in 1981 in Angren city of Tashkent region.

He has a bachelor’s degree in international economic relations and a master’s degree in world economics and geopolitics, University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

Farrukh Karabaev has 15 years of experience in government bodies and international organizations on the implementation of structural changes and reforms in important areas of public policy, such as the introduction of institutional innovations, economic development, effective public administration, competition, rule-making, improving the business and investment environment.

Since 2008, he has held various senior positions in the system of the state Antimonopoly authority, the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and projects of the United Nations Development Program in Uzbekistan.

In 2019-2023, Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 31 January, 2023, No RP-38, Karabaev Farrukh Esanalievich was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Kodirova Guzal Toshkenboevna was born in 1986 in Parkent district of the Tashkent region.

In 2009 she graduated from the Faculty of Uzbek Philology of the National University of Uzbekistan.

In 2020, she graduated from Alisher Navo’i Tashkent State University of the Uzbek Language and Literature with Master’s degree.

In 2010-2018 worked in educational institutions.

In 2019-2021 worked as Press Secretary at the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2020-2021 worked at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2021-2023 Adviser to the Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on improving the efficiency of spiritual and educational work and ensuring compliance with legislation on the state language.

Since March 31, 2023, Adviser to the Chairman of the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on improving the efficiency of spiritual and educational work and ensuring compliance with legislation on the state language.

Usmanov Otabek Odilbek ogli was born in 1994 in Namangan region.

He studied jurisprudence and is a Master in Public Administration Law. He graduated with majors in the history of countries and regions. Currently, he is an independent researcher to obtain degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in legal sciences.

In 2016-2017 consultant of the Joint Stock Company “Uzbektelecom” on a contractual basis.

From 2017 to 2020, legal consultant, chief legal consultant of “SCIENCE PROGRESS” LLC Administration.

In 2019 listener at the Center for International Studies UK Academic Technology Approval Scheme (ATAS).

From 2020 to 2021 Head of Legal Service of the Central Office of LLC “DIGITAL WORLD”.

From 2021 to 2023 – Head of the Department of Development of Strategic Programs and Implementation of Best Practices, International Ratings and Indexes of the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Assistant to the Chairman.

Since March 31, 2023, Adviser to the Chairman on the organization of public relations of the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
