During the 9 months of 2019, the department employees took part in 186 joint tender projects organized with the participation of international financial institutions and government financial institutions of foreign countries.
According to the results of tenders the fact of collusion was revealed on three occasions for a total amount of more than 20. 079 billion soums. Cases have been brought against the violators and corresponding orders have been sent.
At the same time, during the 9-months of 2019, the department carried out work on the inventory of normative legal acts with a view to their compliance with competition law. Based on the results of studies, the management prepared relevant proposals.
During the reporting period, 19 appeals were examined regarding violations during tendering process and relevant responses have been sent.
