The Competition Committee reviewed the application submitted by Mr. F. Mamatdjanov seeking approval for an economic concentration transaction involving the acquisition of a 50 percent stake in Rubicon Wireless Communication LLC.
It should be noted that Rubicon Wireless Communication LLC provides mobile communication services under the “Perfectum” brand.
Based on the analysis conducted by the Committee’s Special Commission, it was concluded that the proposed transaction would not have a negative impact on competition in the relevant product market. Accordingly, a decision was made to approve the application and grant consent for the transaction.
