The international training on “Customer Loyalty and Consumer Rights as Key Drivers of Business Development” is continuing.
The event is moderated by Diyor Mirzaakhmedov — Chairman of the Board of the Uzbekistan Marketing Association and Chairman of the Public Council under the Competition Committee.
The training features presentations by international and national experts on the following topics:

✅ Oybek Mukhammadrasul — “Consumer-Oriented Business: The Consumer Support System at korzinka.uz”; Legal Counsel at korzinka.uz.
The training focuses on aligning businesses with consumer needs, strengthening customer trust, promoting fair competition, and ensuring effective protection of consumer rights.
During the presentations, participants are gaining knowledge and practical skills based on national and international experience in developing consumer-oriented business models, building effective customer relations in trade and services, protecting consumer rights, and implementing new regulatory and legal frameworks governing these sectors in practice.
