To ensure the implementation of the instructions issued by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, efforts are being carried out to support national brands and promote the development of domestic manufacturers.
As part of these efforts, the Competition Committee accepts appeals and proposals from manufacturers and entrepreneurs who own national brands regarding the following issues:
- unfair competition against domestic products, including:
- the use of dumping prices;
- trademark counterfeiting;
- discrediting national brands or making misleading comparisons;
- obtaining, using or disclosing commercial secrets or other information protected by law, including scientific, technical, production or trade information, without the owner’s consent;
- obstructing entry into commodity or financial markets, forcing businesses out of the market, and other similar practices.
- In addition, appeals may concern:
- imported counterfeit products;
- various bureaucratic barriers to doing business;
- difficulties in accessing domestic and foreign markets;
- other issues that restrict competition.
Entrepreneurs may submit their appeals and proposals through the Committee’s official Telegram bot: @rquzbot.
All appeals will be reviewed by the Committee, and appropriate measures will be taken to address the identified issues.
