Best practices in 2022

In 2022, 2 projects, namely:

  1. Draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to introduce an effective mechanism for assessing the state of the competitive environment in the Republic of Uzbekistan”;
  2. Draft resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

“On approval of the Concept for the development of competition for 2023-2026”.

These draft documents were agreed with the relevant ministries and departments and submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers.

In addition, in 2023, a draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for the effective organization of the activities of the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights” was developed, and it is planned to approve the new tasks, functions and structure of the Committee.
