The subject and goals, objectives and functions of the enterprise.
The main activities of the enterprise are Technical support of information systems and resources of structural divisions of Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee, ensuring the formation, maintenance and safe storage of electronic databases, as well as obtaining benefits from the performance (provision) of other Works (services) provided for by the Charter.
The main objectives and areas of activity of the enterprise are:
ensuring formation, maintenance and safe storage of an electronic database of structural divisions of the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee;
technical support of information systems and resources, ensuring their operability of structural divisions of the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee;
ensuring the security of telecommunications and computing devices, in this case the formation of engineering infrastructure, its maintenance and modernization;
taking into account the need for technical resources for electronic information processing, planning and proportional formation of the fleet of technical equipment of structural divisions of the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee;
high-quality organization of the work of “Mahallabay” in the territories assigned to the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee.
The enterprise performs the following functions in accordance with the tasks assigned to it:
a) carries out technical and systematic maintenance of the database management system in the field of ensuring the formation, maintenance and safe storage of the electronic database of the structural divisions of the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee;
b) In the field of organizing outsourcing services:
Widespread use of the following (main) types of outsourcing, namely:
Organization of IT outsourcing activities;
establishing HR outsourcing;
establishing advertising outsourcing activities;
organization of other outsourcing activities;
Information service for receiving applications from individuals and legal entities (Call-center).
c) in the field of high-quality organization of the work of “Mahallabai” in the territories assigned to the Committee:
taking measures to solve problems related to the construction, repair, improvement and infrastructure of attached territories;
ensuring employment of the population based on mahallabai work, involvement in entrepreneurship and self-employment, training the population in professions and entrepreneurship;
assistance to citizens who want to do business, including women and youth, in obtaining loans and subsidies, and those who want to do handicrafts – in finding modern equipment and mini-technologies;
Implementation of activities under the organization’s “Green Space” project.
An enterprise has the right to open a branch in regions without forming a legal entity.
A branch is a separate division of an enterprise located outside its location and performing all or part of its tasks, including the tasks of a representative office.
Representative offices and branches of the enterprise are not legal entities.
They are provided with property by the enterprise that created them and work on the basis of regulations approved by it.
The heads of representative offices and branches are appointed by the Enterprise and act on the basis of its power of attorney.
The enterprise may also carry out other types of activities not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan Республики Узбекистан.
