On July 6 this year, within the framework of the international conference “Enforcement of Competition Law and Consumer Protection in Digital Markets: Problems and Opportunities” an agreement on establishment of an Association of Antimonopoly Experts (lawyers) was signed.
The purpose of signing this agreement is:
– to create an Association of Antimonopoly Experts (lawyers);
– to format effective practice in the application of antimonopoly legislation and legislation on consumer protection;
– to participate in the formation of an effective state policy in the field of protection and development of competition;
– to facilitate a constructive dialogue between business entities, the expert community and the Committee;
– to participate in standard-setting activities on competition and consumer protection;
– to analysis and use of international experience in competition regulation and consumer protection;
– other types of cooperation.
