Republic of Karakalpakstan. A representative of Santex Remont Nukus LLC turned to the Antimonopoly Committee with a request to help understand the results of the tender.
On March 19, 2020 “Specialized boarding school for the blind and visually impaired No. 10” in Nukus announced a tender for the renovation of its building on a special information portal. The starting price of the work was 469,158,000 soums. The claims of Santex Remont Nukus LLC were that the winner of the tender, Nukus Texnostroy Aktiv LLC, offered a price higher than the one they submitted.
Based on the results of the consideration, it turned out that the tender for the renovation of the school building was held in violation of the law “On public procurement”. The minutes of the meeting, approved by the director of the school for the implementation of the contract with Nukus Texnostroy Aktiv LLC, by the Nukus Interdistrict Economic Court, was declared illegal.
