The international training on \u201cCustomer Loyalty and Consumer Rights as Key Drivers of Business Development\u201d has concluded<\/b><\/p>\n

The international training<\/b>, organized by the Competition Committee with the support of the German Sparkassenstiftung<\/b>, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan<\/b> and the Commissioner for Protection of Rights and Legitimate Interests of Entrepreneurs<\/b>, has successfully concluded.<\/p>\n

The event brought together nearly 100 representatives of businesses<\/b> operating in trade, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, catering, housing construction, digital services, and other sectors<\/b>.<\/p>\n

During the training, participants explored national and international best practices in developing customer-centric businesses, strengthening customer loyalty, ensuring consumer rights, and promoting fair competition<\/b>, as well as the role of customer trust in achieving sustainable business growth<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The programme also included practical discussions and interactive exchanges<\/b>, providing participants with an opportunity to discuss the effective application of consumer protection requirements, improvement of customer engagement systems, and the introduction of modern customer-oriented approaches into business practices<\/b>.<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the event, participants emphasized that strengthening customer-centric approaches, ensuring the priority of consumer rights, and fostering a fair competitive environment<\/b> are important factors in achieving the long-term and sustainable development of businesses<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The international training provided participants with new knowledge and practical skills to strengthen consumer trust and loyalty, improve service quality, and develop competitive and sustainable business models<\/b>.<\/p>\n
