The international training on \u201cCustomer Loyalty and Consumer Rights as Key Drivers of Business Development\u201d<\/b>, organized by the Competition Committee with the support of the German Sparkassenstiftung<\/b>, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan<\/b> and the Commissioner for Protection of Rights and Legitimate Interests of Entrepreneurs<\/b>, is currently underway.<\/p>\n

The training brings together nearly 100 representatives of businesses<\/b> operating across various sectors, including trade, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, catering, housing construction, and digital services<\/b>, along with local and international experts.<\/p>\n

The event was opened by U. Davlatov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee<\/b>. In his opening remarks, he highlighted that the Committee continues to maintain an open dialogue with businesses<\/b> through the \u201c\u0411\u0438\u0437 \u0441\u0438\u0437\u043d\u0438 \u044d\u0448\u0438\u0442\u0430\u043c\u0438\u0437\u201d platform<\/b>, regional meetings, and open discussions. He also emphasized that the key focus of the training is to strengthen customer-oriented approaches, consumer rights protection, and fair competition principles in business practices<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The main objective of the training is to enhance entrepreneurs\u2019 legal knowledge of consumer rights protection, promote lawful, transparent, and effective relations with consumers, and strengthen customer trust and loyalty as key factors for the company\u2019s long-term and sustainable development.<\/p>\n
