Mamatdjanov<\/strong> seeking approval for an economic concentration transaction involving the acquisition of a <strong data-start=\"1787\" data-end=\"1807\">50 percent stake<\/strong> in <strong data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1849\">Rubicon Wireless Communication LLC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1988\">It should be noted that <strong data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1916\">Rubicon Wireless Communication LLC<\/strong> provides mobile communication services under the <strong data-start=\"1966\" data-end=\"1981\">\u201cPerfectum\u201d<\/strong> brand.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1990\" data-end=\"2289\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Based on the analysis conducted by the Committee\u2019s Special Commission, it was concluded that the proposed transaction would not have a negative impact on competition in the relevant product market.
