{"id":80956,"date":"2026-07-13T11:19:18","date_gmt":"2026-07-13T06:19:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/?p=80956"},"modified":"2026-07-13T11:19:18","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T06:19:18","slug":"enforcement-action-taken-against-t-o-moxidil-pe-for-obtaining-unjustified-income-by-applying-prices-above-the-average-exchange-quotation-prices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/en\/enforcement-action-taken-against-t-o-moxidil-pe-for-obtaining-unjustified-income-by-applying-prices-above-the-average-exchange-quotation-prices\/","title":{"rendered":"Enforcement action taken against \u201cT.O-MOXIDIL\u201d PE for obtaining unjustified income by applying prices above the average exchange quotation prices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"4611\" data-end=\"4931\">In accordance with the <strong data-start=\"4634\" data-end=\"4742\">Regulation on the Procedure for the Sale of Highly Liquid and Monopoly Products through Exchange Trading<\/strong>, approved by Resolution No. 170 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 18 March 2020, the antimonopoly authority conducts continuous monitoring of exchange prices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4933\" data-end=\"5381\">As a result of a review conducted by the Fergana Regional Department of the Competition Committee regarding possible violations of legislation prohibiting actions that restrict or may restrict competition in exchange trading, it was established that <strong data-start=\"5183\" data-end=\"5203\">\u201cT.O-MOXIDIL\u201d PE<\/strong> sold cotton meal and cotton husk in <strong data-start=\"5240\" data-end=\"5254\">five cases<\/strong> at prices exceeding the average exchange quotation prices, thereby obtaining <strong data-start=\"5332\" data-end=\"5380\">nearly UZS 100 million in unjustified income<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5383\" data-end=\"5839\">Based on the identified violations, the Special Commission of the Fergana Regional Department initiated proceedings against <strong data-start=\"5507\" data-end=\"5527\">\u201cT.O-MOXIDIL\u201d PE<\/strong> for indications of violations of <strong data-start=\"5561\" data-end=\"5633\">Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan \u201cOn Competition\u201d<\/strong> and the requirements of the Regulation approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 170.
