{"id":80843,"date":"2026-07-07T10:00:03","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T05:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/?p=80843"},"modified":"2026-07-07T10:00:03","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T05:00:03","slug":"appropriate-measures-taken-for-violations-of-advertising-legislation-related-to-umrah-tour-promotions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/en\/appropriate-measures-taken-for-violations-of-advertising-legislation-related-to-umrah-tour-promotions\/","title":{"rendered":"APPROPRIATE MEASURES TAKEN FOR VIOLATIONS OF ADVERTISING LEGISLATION RELATED TO UMRAH TOUR PROMOTIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"3684\" data-end=\"3969\">The Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee is conducting ongoing monitoring and analysis to assess whether advertising materials published in the mass media and on the Internet comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan <strong data-start=\"3948\" data-end=\"3969\">&#8220;On Advertising.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3971\" data-end=\"4115\">As part of these activities, advertisements published by tour operators promoting the organization and conduct of <strong data-start=\"4085\" data-end=\"4094\">Umrah<\/strong> tours were reviewed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4117\" data-end=\"4531\">As a result, the Committee&#8217;s territorial departments in the Fergana, Namangan and Tashkent regions, as well as the city of Tashkent, identified violations of advertising legislation in promotional materials published on the Instagram and Telegram pages of <strong data-start=\"4373\" data-end=\"4450\">Hamroh Tour, Kabadoshlarim, Yuksak Trevel, Murabbiy Travel, Hikmat Travel<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"4455\" data-end=\"4469\">Infin Tour<\/strong>.
