Subsequently, during the registration of the cadastral documents, it was revealed that the actual living area was 108 square meters. The examination confirmed a discrepancy of 2 square meters in the area of the residential property.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the measures taken, the citizen&#8217;s rights were restored, and the consumer was refunded nearly UZS 10 million paid for the excess area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tashkent Region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The territorial department reviewed an appeal submitted by a citizen who stated that, while transferring money through the &#8220;Paynet&#8221; application, the funds had not reached the recipient&#8217;s bank card and that his attempts to recover the money had produced no result.<\/p>\n<p>Following the examination, JSC &#8220;Paynet&#8221; ensured the refund of UZS 5 million to the applicant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Syrdarya Region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A resident of the city of Shirin applied to the territorial department, stating that he had purchased a distance learning course from <strong>Marstiff sat academy LLC<\/strong> and studied for two months. However, being dissatisfied with the quality of the education, he requested practical assistance in terminating the contract and obtaining a refund of the amount paid for the course.<\/p>\n<p>The service provider was informed of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan <strong>&#8220;On Consumer Protection&#8221;<\/strong>.
