This was deemed unjustified. Additionally, the packaging did not indicate the valid (UzTR No. 724) technical regulation but instead displayed an outdated one.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1375\">On this basis, the Special Commission of the Committee initiated a case in accordance with the established procedure. Upon reviewing the case, it was determined that \u201cUZUM MARKET\u201d LLC and \u201cBO\u2018STON FOOD COMPANY\u201d LLC had violated Article 6 of the Law \u201cOn Protection of Consumer Rights.\u201d To remedy the violations, the enterprises were instructed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1797\">\n<li data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1601\">\n<p data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1601\">Within one month, to withdraw from consumers nearly 145,000 units of \u201cOila Tanlovi\u201d oil products labeled with a 12-month shelf life (by refunding the purchase price or replacing them with equivalent quality products); or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1797\">\n<p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1797\">To return to consumers, and if impossible to identify consumers, to the state budget, the total amount of more than 1.6 billion soums received as a result of the violation of consumer rights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1799\" data-end=\"2108\">Subsequently, the above entities filed claims in several court instances, seeking to invalidate the decision and instructions of the Special Commission of the Committee.
