Andijan Region<\/strong>
Based on an instruction letter from the Committee, the procurement organized by Paxtaobod District Children\u2019s Music and Art School No. 25, with an initial value of over 30 million soums for \u201cinstallation of solar panels,\u201d was reviewed.<\/p>\n

The review revealed violations of the requirements of the Laws \u201cOn Public Procurement\u201d and \u201cOn Competition.\u201d In particular, the participation of interested or affiliated persons in the procurement process was identified. A case was initiated in accordance with the established procedure, and both financial and administrative penalties were applied.<\/p>\n

Bukhara Region<\/strong>
The Regional Department reviewed the compliance of the tender organized by Romitan District Medical Association with the requirements of the Laws \u201cOn Competition\u201d and \u201cOn Public Procurement.\u201d<\/p>\n

The inspection found that decisions concerning 20 lots worth 4.6 billion soums had been made without observing evaluation criteria, and participants were given inappropriate scores.<\/p>\n

As a result, in accordance with Resolution No. 225 of the Cabinet of Ministers, a case was initiated against the Romitan District Medical Association, and a relevant instruction was issued.<\/p>\n

Jizzakh Region<\/strong>
The Regional Department is carrying out continuous monitoring of compliance with competition requirements in public procurement.<\/p>\n

During the monitoring, it was found that in the tender for the development of a master plan worth 1.09 billion soums, organized by the Unified Customer Service Engineering Company under the Jizzakh Regional Hokimiyat, violations of Article 29 of the Law \u201cOn Competition\u201d had occurred, and statutory procedures were not observed.<\/p>\n

As a result, a case was initiated in accordance with the established procedure, instructions were issued to eliminate the violations, and administrative reports were filed against the responsible officials.<\/p>\n

Namangan Region<\/strong>
Based on a complaint submitted through social networks, the Regional Department reviewed the procurement of banner products worth 350 million soums by the Namangan Olympic and Paralympic Sports Training Center.<\/p>\n

The review revealed signs of affiliation between the participants \u201cART AGENCY CENTER\u201d LLC and \u201cPIXEL BRANDWAVE\u201d LLC \u2014 namely, the same legal and factual addresses. This is considered a violation of Paragraph 13 of Article 23 of the Law \u201cOn Public Procurement.\u201d<\/p>\n

As a result, violations were recorded in the procurement process, and the Customer canceled the procurement. The violation was thus prevented.<\/p>\n

Navoi Region<\/strong>
The Regional Department examined the compliance of the tender for the purchase of a Class \u201cV\u201d ambulance worth 950 million soums, organized by the Navoi Regional Branch of the Republican Emergency Medical Center, with legislative requirements.<\/p>\n

The inspection revealed inconsistencies in the tender documents and protocols, incomplete evaluation of participants, and certain requirements that restricted competition.<\/p>\n

On the basis of signs of violation of Article 29 of the Law \u201cOn Competition,\u201d a case was initiated in accordance with the established procedure, a binding instruction was issued to the branch, and an administrative report was filed against responsible officials and forwarded to the judicial authorities.<\/p>\n

Kashkadarya Region<\/strong>
As a result of a review conducted by the Regional Department, violations were identified in the procurement organized by the Guzar District Landscaping Department for the purchase of \u201cAvtogreder\u201d machinery worth 1.1 billion soums.<\/p>\n

Specifically, evaluation criteria were not established, and documents were unjustifiably given low scores.<\/p>\n

Consequently, a case was initiated for the violations, and an administrative penalty was imposed on the responsible official.<\/p>\n

The Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan will continue systematic monitoring of such cases in public procurement to ensure the rule of law and the establishment of a transparent and competitive market environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
