{"id":71941,"date":"2025-09-15T23:38:54","date_gmt":"2025-09-15T18:38:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/?p=71941"},"modified":"2025-09-27T23:40:03","modified_gmt":"2025-09-27T18:40:03","slug":"unjustified-penalty-of-nearly-68-million-soums-imposed-on-an-entrepreneur-canceled","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/en\/unjustified-penalty-of-nearly-68-million-soums-imposed-on-an-entrepreneur-canceled\/","title":{"rendered":"Unjustified Penalty of Nearly 68 Million Soums Imposed on an Entrepreneur Canceled"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"171\" data-end=\"373\">The <strong data-start=\"175\" data-end=\"264\">Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan<\/strong> is consistently implementing measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of business entities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"375\" data-end=\"617\">In particular, an entrepreneur engaged in hotel activities in Navoi Region filed a complaint with the Committee regarding a penalty charged by \u201cHududgazta\u2019minot\u201d JSC and its \u201cHududgaz Navoiy\u201d gas supply branch, which was deemed unjustified.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"897\">Following the complaint, the Committee conducted a review and took the necessary measures. As a result, the unjustified penalty of nearly 68 million soums imposed on the entrepreneur was reconsidered in the special electronic system of \u201cHududgazta\u2019minot\u201d JSC and was canceled.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"1051\">Through this decision, the legitimate interests of the business entity were restored, and an unfair situation in the gas supply sector was eliminated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1300\">The Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan will continue its consistent efforts to protect the interests of entrepreneurs and to promote the development of a transparent and fair market environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan is consistently implementing measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of business entities.
