As a result of an investigation conducted by the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan<\/strong> based on a citizen\u2019s complaint, violations of advertising legislation were identified in the activities of \u201cAION BEVERAGES\u201d LLC.<\/p>\n

In particular, a resident of Yunusabad District, Tashkent city, submitted a complaint stating that \u201cGorilla\u201d energy drink was being widely promoted through a vehicle owned by the company.<\/p>\n

The inspection revealed that advertisements for \u201cGorilla\u201d energy drink had been placed on 106 vehicles belonging to \u201cAION BEVERAGES\u201d LLC, thereby violating the Law \u201cOn Advertising.\u201d According to Article 37 of the Law, the advertising of energy drinks through outdoor advertising and information media is prohibited.<\/p>\n

In light of the above, the Special Commission of the Regional Department initiated a case against \u201cAION BEVERAGES\u201d LLC for violating the relevant provisions of the Law \u201cOn Advertising.\u201d Following the review of the case, \u201cAION BEVERAGES\u201d LLC was required to ensure the complete removal of the advertisements from all 106 vehicles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
