The seminar featured international expert Ms. Lia Grauberger, who is supporting the development and implementation of a Leniency Programme in Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n<p>During the presentation, analytical insights were shared on the legal and institutional frameworks of Leniency Programmes that have been successfully implemented in countries such as the United States, Germany, and Japan. Drawing on the experiences of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the Republic of Korea, initial proposals and ideas for introducing a similar programme in Uzbekistan were also presented.<\/p>\n<p>Senior officials and specialists from the Committee\u2019s central office actively participated in the seminar, contributing to in-depth discussions on the topic.
