The appeal of citizen Ishkurbanova Mokhichehra Bahodirovna received by the Competition promotion and consumer protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan was studied by specialists of the territorial administration of Kashkadarya region.<\/p>\n

The statement states that the citizen signed contract No. 57 dated May 24, 2018 with the private enterprise “Norbo’ta savdo” in Karshi for the purchase of one of the apartments in a multi-storey building under construction on Nasaf Street, Karshi city. The citizen paid 66,900,000 soums under the contract for the completion of the house, but due to a serious illness, the citizen could not pay the rest of the housing payment. After the payment was not made, the company transferred the house to another person. The citizen asked for practical help in protecting her consumer rights, as she could not achieve any result in the private enterprise “Norbo’ta savdo” for the refund of the amount paid for the house.<\/p>\n

The territorial administration of the region sent a letter of inquiry to the private enterprise “Norbo’ta savdo” about the problems indicated in the citizen’s application. According to the results of the analysis of the data collected during the study of the appeal to solve the problem and received from the private enterprise \u201cNorbota South\u201d, the territorial administration submitted to the contractor a demand for the refund of the payment paid by the consumer in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, and on the basis of this requirement, on June 14, 2023, the contractor provided a refund to citizen Ishkurbonova mokhichehra Bahadirovna payment in the amount of 65 million 900 thousand soums paid for housing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
