The territorial department of the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Navoi region solved the problem of another resident.
\nConsumer Aidarova G.S. sent an appeal to the territorial department of the Committee with the following content:
\nOn May 11, 2022, an agreement was signed between the applicant and “Otabek Shaxzodjon Kelajagi” LLC (on completion of the apartment). Under the terms of a civil law contract 55 000 000 soums were paid for a cottage-type apartment with a total area of 205 sq.m.
\nAfter the construction was completed developer stated that Aidarova\u2019s \u201ccredit history turned out to be negative\u201d and refused to sell the apartment.
\nDuring this time, the applicant repaired the interior of the house at her own expense and sought practical assistance in recovering the fees paid and the costs incurred to renovate the house.
\nAs a result of the efforts made by the territorial administration, the applicant was provided with a refund in the amount of 58 000 000 soums (55 000 000 soums for the construction of an apartment and 3 000 000 soums for repairment).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
