{"id":27873,"date":"2023-06-02T12:16:14","date_gmt":"2023-06-02T07:16:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/?p=27873"},"modified":"2023-06-02T12:16:14","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T07:16:14","slug":"another-citizens-issue-solved","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/en\/another-citizens-issue-solved\/","title":{"rendered":"ANOTHER CITIZEN&#8217;S ISSUE SOLVED"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Citizen\u2019s issue was solved by the regional administration of the Competition promotion and consumer protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Navoiy region.<\/p>\n<p>The citizen sent an appeal to the regional administration with the following details:<\/p>\n<p>The price of a one-room apartment with a total area of 52.11 square meters, located on the 9th floor of block B, built in the area of the 14th sub-district of Zarafshon city, is set at 198,000,000 UZS.<\/p>\n<p>According to his application, the citizen stated that he has made monthly payments of 29,700,000 UZS for the purpose of purchasing one of these apartments, however due to his family circumstances, he canceled the contract on April 12, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>However, he complained to the regional administration that the payment of 29,700,000 UZS made to the construction organization was not returned and asked for practical assistance in this matter.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the efforts made by the employees of the regional administration 29,700,000 UZS were returned to the citizen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Citizen\u2019s issue was solved by the regional administration of the Competition promotion and consumer protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Navoiy region.
