SUBJECTS OF BUSINESS PURCHASING PRODUCTS OF FOOD AND TECHNICAL ETHYL ALCOHOL AT THE EXCHANGE <\/strong>TRADE<\/strong>!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 4, 2023 No. RP-110 \u201cOn additional measures aimed at providing the population with high-quality consumer goods\u201d:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Established that the sale of a part of food and technical ethyl alcohol (hereinafter referred to as alcohol) purchased at exchange auctions exceeding its own needs is carried out only through exchange trade;<\/li>\n
  2. Competition <\/u>Promotion <\/u>and Consumer Protection Committee:<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    to keep records of the need for food and technical ethyl alcohol for the annual production capacity of business entities and the volume of food and technical ethyl alcohol purchased through stock trading;<\/p>\n

    to study, on-site, the intended use of alcohol, in cases of excess of the volume of alcohol purchased at exchange auctions during the year, 110 percent of the alcohol demand to the annual production capacity of business entities.<\/p>\n

    In order to organize timely and high-quality performance of tasks, the Committee analyzes the need for food and technical ethyl alcohol for the annual production capacity of economic entities.<\/p>\n

    In this regard, we ask business entities to submit to the Committee and its territorial authorities to support documents (attached with relevant licenses and certificates of conformity) of the annual need for food and technical ethyl alcohol.<\/p>\n

    According to the results of the analysis, the need of economic entities for food and technical ethyl alcohol for the annual production capacity is formed and the participation of these economic entities in exchange trading is ensured.<\/p>\n

    Important!<\/p>\n

    It is reported that business entities that did not submit documents on time, from June 1, 2023, may be suspended from exchange trading for the purchase of food and technical ethyl alcohol.<\/p>\n
