{"id":24886,"date":"2023-02-02T18:06:39","date_gmt":"2023-02-02T13:06:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/?p=24886"},"modified":"2023-02-02T18:06:39","modified_gmt":"2023-02-02T13:06:39","slug":"the-interests-of-economic-entities-were-protected-from-the-subject-of-natural-monopoly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/en\/the-interests-of-economic-entities-were-protected-from-the-subject-of-natural-monopoly\/","title":{"rendered":"The interests of economic entities were protected from the subject of natural monopoly"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By the regional department of the Committee of the Samarkand region conducted a study of the validity of the fee and applicable tariffs for the supply of natural gas to wholesale consumers in the regional gas supply branch of \u201cKhududgaztaminot\u201d JSC in the Samarkand region.<\/p>\n<p>In the course of the study and analysis, despite the fact that an advance payment (prepaid expense) was made for the amount (volume) of natural gas consumed by individual wholesale consumers in November 2018, as a result of settlement with wholesale consumers at a price (tariff) that came into force since November 16, 2018, it was established about over charges to 3737 wholesale consumers in the amount of 11.7 billion (11,698,800,000).<\/p>\n<p>By Special commission of the Territorial Administration to the regional branch of \u201cKhududgaztaminot\u201d JSC, according to the first indent of paragraph 36 of the Regulation approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 239, an order was given to stop the situation of violation of the law and recalculation with consumers for 11,698,8 million soums unnecessarily received as a result of violations.<\/p>\n<p>However, the implementation of this order was not ensured by the regional branch of gas supply in the Samarkand region.<\/p>\n<p>The territorial administration submitted to the economic court a corresponding statement of claim against \u201cKhududgaztaminot\u201d JSC, on the basis of e Decision adopted on January 19 of this year, the defendant was obliged to recalculate excessively received funds with consumers, as a result of which the legal rights of 3737 business entities that are consumers of the natural monopoly subject were restored.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By the regional department of the Committee of the Samarkand region conducted a study of the validity of the fee and applicable tariffs for the supply of natural gas to wholesale consumers in the regional gas supply branch of \u201cKhududgaztaminot\u201d JSC in the Samarkand region.
