{"id":3276,"date":"2019-10-07T09:12:31","date_gmt":"2019-10-07T04:12:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/?page_id=3276"},"modified":"2023-06-08T16:28:27","modified_gmt":"2023-06-08T11:28:27","slug":"about-the-committee","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/en\/about-the-committee\/","title":{"rendered":"About Us"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 14, 2019 <strong>\u201cOn measures to radically improve the system of managing state assets, antimonopoly regulation and the capital market\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nNo. PF-5630, the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan was created, to which staff positions were transferred, as well as tasks, functions and powers of the discharged State Competition Committee in terms of antimonopoly regulation, development of a competitive environment, control over the activities of subjects of natural monopolies, licensing of commodity exchanges.<\/p>\n<p>Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PQ-4126 dated January 24, 2019 <strong>\u201cOn organizing the activities of the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan\u201d<\/strong> was adopted. Based on this decree, the organizational structure of the committee and the structure of the central office were determined.<\/p>\n<p>Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 15, 2019 No. 402 <strong>\u201cOn measures to organize the activities of the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan\u201d <\/strong>was adopted. Based on this resolution, the regulation on the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the status of the committee, the main tasks, functions, rights and obligations, the procedure for organizing its activities, as well as the functional tasks, duties and rights of leadership were determined.<\/p>\n<p>Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 21, 2022 No. PF-269 <strong>\u201cOn measures to implement administrative reforms in the new Uzbekistan\u201d<\/strong> was adopted. By reducing non-sectoral tasks of state bodies and widely introducing digital technologies in their activities, their structure was optimized by an average of <strong>15%<\/strong>, as well as <strong>40<\/strong> positions of deputy heads in <strong>26<\/strong> state bodies and organizations were reduced.<\/p>\n<p>According to this decree, on the basis of the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Competition promotion and consumer protection committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established, and the tasks and functions of the Consumer protection agency under the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan were transferred to the Competition promotion and consumer protection committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 14, 2019 \u201cOn measures to radically improve the system of managing state assets, antimonopoly regulation and the capital market\u201d No. PF-5630, the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan was created, to which staff positions were transferred, as well as&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v16.0.3 (Yoast SEO v19.6.1) -
