{"id":30418,"date":"2023-07-05T12:08:22","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T07:08:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/about-the-committee\/financial-and-economic-division\/"},"modified":"2023-08-08T11:55:44","modified_gmt":"2023-08-08T06:55:44","slug":"financial-and-economic-division","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/raqobat.gov.uz\/en\/about-the-committee\/financial-and-economic-division\/","title":{"rendered":"Financial and economic division"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Functions and tasks of \u00a0department<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The main tasks of the department are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keeping records of receipts and use of funds from the off-budget Fund for the Development of Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) under the Committee<\/li>\n<li>developing, approving and registrating of staffing tables and budgetary (extrabudgetary) estimates of the central office in the relevant bodies;<\/li>\n<li>formatting of complete and reliable nformation on the state and movement of assets, property rights and accounting obligations;<\/li>\n<li>generating of accounting information for the purpose of effective management;<\/li>\n<li>preparing of financial tax and other reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Department performs the following functions to perform the tasks assigned to it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>provides users with complete, reliable, timely financial and other accounting information;<\/li>\n<li>keeps records of working capital, liabilities, settlements with employees, income from:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>amounts of unreasonably received incomes accrued for violation of the legislation on competition and natural monopolies;<\/p>\n<p>fines levied by the Committee from business entities and their officials for violating the law on competition, natural monopolies and non-compliance with the recommendations of the Committee;<\/p>\n<p>fees charged for prior consent to the merger and accession of business companies, as well as transactions for the acquisition of shares in the authorized capital (fund) of a business company by an individual and a group of persons;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Income received from \u0437lacement of fund&#8217;s assets on deposits of commercial banks;<\/li>\n<li>grants and donations from international institutions and organizations, legal entities and individuals;<\/li>\n<li>other sources not prohibited by law.<\/li>\n<li>keeps records of expenses for business operations;<\/li>\n<li>keeps records of the use of budgetary funds and non-budgetary funds;<\/li>\n<li>develops a budget request based on the information provided;<\/li>\n<li>draws up the balance sheet of the central office, functioning on financing from the republican state budget and extra-budgetary funds;<\/li>\n<li>provides practical, organizational, methodological support, verbal advice to the territorial branches of the Committee within its powers;<\/li>\n<li>checks the materials of financial and accounting reports submitted by the territorial departments of the Committee;<\/li>\n<li>introduces advanced forms and methods of accounting information based on information and communication technologies;<\/li>\n<li>together with the relevant divisions of the central apparatus of the Committee, develops and submits for approval provisions on the promotion of labor, length of service, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>develops forecast indicators of income and expenses of the Fund for the next year;<\/li>\n<li>draws up an estimate of income and expenses of the fund, if necessary, makes proposals for amending the approved estimate of income and expenses;<\/li>\n<li>prepares proposals for increasing income and efficient use of the Fund&#8217;s resources;<\/li>\n<li>carries out the expenses provided for by this Regulation and regulatory legal acts;<\/li>\n<li>draws up a report on the implementation of the fund&#8217;s estimate;<\/li>\n<li>ensures the submission of a report on the implementation of the Fund&#8217;s estimates to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the manner prescribed by law;<\/li>\n<li>performs other functions in accordance with the legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Functions and tasks of \u00a0department The main tasks of the department are: Keeping records of receipts and use of funds from the off-budget Fund for the Development of Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) under the Committee developing, approving and registrating of staffing tables and budgetary (extrabudgetary) estimates of the central office in the&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":3276,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v16.0.3 (Yoast SEO v19.6.1) -
